By using our services, software, or websites (the "Services"), including Vidbot Pro and any training material associated with the Blitz Method (the "Program"), you (the "User") agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Services, and your access to any proprietary content, digital tools, or support materials. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Services.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and will provide notice by email or via the site. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Scope of Services

(a) Services may include, but are not limited to:

Access to Vidbot Pro software

Training materials, including video courses, tutorials, templates, and strategic resources

Community features and support resources

(b) Additional services may be provided for additional fees.

(c) Services do not include personal coaching, legal advice, or professional consulting unless explicitly stated.

User Responsibilities

(a) Fees: You agree to pay the fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Fees may be one-time or recurring. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

(b) Payment Method: By providing a credit card or payment method, you authorize the Company to charge all applicable fees. You may not initiate chargebacks or cancel payments outside of Company policies.

(c) Tools: You are responsible for providing your own devices, software, and access to internet services in order to use our Services.

(d) Effort: Results from the Program depend on your effort, implementation, and ad spend. The Company makes no guarantees of success.

Termination for Misuse

The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, misuse proprietary materials, or disrupt other users.

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the digital nature of the Program and instant access to materials, we do not offer refunds.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee income, ad performance, or business success. Your results depend on your market, ad spend, creative strategy, and many other factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, training, branding, trademarks, and frameworks provided through the Services are the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials solely for personal business use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Users agree not to share, distribute, or disclose proprietary training materials or other users' data or private discussions. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

Company may modify the Services or Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
